We're plan to kemas rumah ari ni (19/2/11). Mula2 rancang x yah la bawak putri, kesian dier, sbb baru baik demam..but then, dh pegi rumah sg. buloh..tp x jd kemas. we'll changed plan & gie ke Saujana Rawang tuk tgk2 rumah..
Plan asal cuma nk tgk2 klu ada yg berkenan..but, in my mind..saya dh tertarik ngan 1 of the properties kat sana. Nk sedapkan hati & tgk floor plan..my hubby pn setuju nak gie tgk. Suprisely dgn harga rumah..consider still cheap la. Klu kt area Shah Alam, dh x dpt harga umah tue..
We'll tgk properties jenis Divya..open price RM241k..but after rebate & free for S&P, MOT & stamp duty, the price reduced to RM217k..it's worth it if I buy it? For Divya type, there is only 3 units left. so, I booked for 1 unit. and the installment not more than RM900 per month.
So, this weekend will go again to Saujana Rawang for pay for balance deposit & submit document. Hope this is the right choice/decision for us.
